Nick Noel: Seen him years ago when I was younger and he is a fantastic dr. Today I had to take my 85yo grandmother in, and they refused to see her, despite dr Jaber telling us anytime she is sick she needs to come in asap. The office staff said we could do a phone appointment, and we accepted. Then realized they never even asked for her name or number. I took her to an urgent care, got right in and diagnosed with pneumonia. The problem is not Jaber its his staff
Plum Creek Specialty Hospital - Amarillo
Jake: My loved one is currently (at the time of typing this) serving time temporarily at Plum Creek Specialty Hospital for physical rehabilitation. Here is a list of things that I have noticed that are ATROCIOUS. FOOD: The food there is horrible. Many times I have seen the nurses or just random people delivering the meals that the Plum Creek chefs have put together. My loved one has asked many times what the dish that theyre giving her is, and they usually say "I dont know". STAFF: Buckle up, this is a long one. - I do believe that, by law, it is required for a physician of some sort to put together a plan (no matter how complicated or basic) to show the physical rehab. assistants what they need to do. (ex. This patient needs to do at least 20 minutes of physical rehabilitation a day, blah blah blah.) My loved one is doing random amounts of rehab a day, even though the doctor at BSA specified that she needed to do at LEAST one hour a day to regain her strength. This is one of many things. - The RNs are usually very caring, and fun. But most of the other staff... not so much. At the front desk, the only time I have ever seen staff there is if they are waiting for pizza to be delivered. - Another bad thing is... at the time of me typing this my loved one has been in the Plum Creek Specialty Hospital for 6 days, and has not ONCE seen a doctor of any kind, only RNs. - Once again, another staff problem. I have heard the nurses talking to (who I can assume to be a physician or director) someone on speaker who is being asked to come up to Plum Creek, and is saying "Im not coming up there." - The cleaning staff are bad too. I see them sitting in the chairs on their phones a LOT, but, as theyre running through the halls, the should be able to see the candy wrappers and sometimes potato chip bags that theyre speeding past to look at a video on another persons phone when theyre supposed to be... cleaning. I may have left a few things out... but you get it. TLDR: Do NOT send your loved ones here, unless you have absolutely no option at all. There are many better place to go.

Jules taylor: Always great! I’m uninsured. Appt was at 930am. Wasn’t seen until 11 am. But I was not in an emergency sick situation. So if somebody else had more of an emergency, health care need I understand. Staff is always very friendly with me.

Levi Robertson: Took my pregnant wife for a sick appointment (covid) they wouldn’t let her back until insurance was taken care. We happened to double covered they said they wouldn’t see her bc she had to see the main doctors not a clinic one and pushed for her to be rescheduled. It took three of them to quickly come to that conclusion.

Cindy Johnson-Dawson: My husband was unfortunately very sick at the beginning of 2019. He tried getting into the office as a long time patient of Dr.Richard Chandler. Unfortunately as most of you may know he broke his arm and was later diagnosed with cancer. He was an amazing doctor and saint as far as I am concerned . The drs office however, wrongly said my husband had not been in recently, so denied him an appt. After going to urgent

ANN WILSON: Dr. Keelie Tucker is a totally awesome Gynecologist....very medically knowledgeable and professional, along with being kind, considerable & personable. She has great years of experience and is gentle while doing procedures. Her staff is amazing too---really like her nurse, Mackenzie. They are organized & the wait time is generally short. My 3 procedures today were scheduled one right after the other, so it was a big-time saver. I cannot say enough nice things about this doctor, her staff & office---highly recommend it!!!

Dustin Carlile: Dr. Potter is phenomenal. He treated my son like a person and explained everything to him as well as me. Great staff, too. I hope no one needs his services, but if you have any bone fractures, hes definitely the guy to see.

Kimberly Merriott: I am chronically ill (childhood epileptic) and have a really rough time getting my prescriptions refilled which seems a bit crazy to me. Dr. Burson does not respond to calls from pharmacies. And has not responded to my calls for a refill this whole week. I’m running out of meds and options. I wish some people took epilepsy as seriously as I am forced to. Also it seems they only bill once every quarter. My bill this quarter was almost $400. If I got billed promptly, I would and can pay it. It seems as if the bills piling up may have something to do with the blatant refusal to refill my medication. All of which could be remedied by AFP.
