5 /5 Jerry McCloud: Did a oil change last Friday, Monday the skid plate is half off. Called was told we will make sure we put it back on . Send my wife she gets the oh we cant verify we did the work, we didnt take any pictures. Maybe in the future you should. But instead of bolting the plates back we zip tie them back on. If they was hanging or zipped tied . They would have noted that when need no tires and checked the cabin filter said it could be replaced. We took the time make money instead of keeping money. Monday 5/5 After talking to the owner face to face he said he would make my vehicle whole again. Today they order parts and equipment and vehicle was like it was when it came in before . Thats 5 star treatment. He read my review contacted me personally. That says volumes about customer service. We seat down in his office and owned up to his place of business. And making sure it doesnt happen again. Stand up guy.

Both the service techs & the front desk people were very knowledgeable, and straightforward. They’d answered any/every question I had, to make sure my vehicle was properly maintained. Would definitely come back again, and would recommend this place to others.
