As soon as I arrived I was greeted and asked for my keys to take a test drive. Forty five minutes later my van was returned to me and the pull to the right was out. Great service and reasonable prices. This is the second vehicle Ive taken to them and I will continue to do so in the future.

Michelle Tatmon: Took my car to this shop based on good reviews. Sad to say the good service they offer is not offered to “everyone”. My bumper was removed and broken in the process to replace my radiator and they zip tied it back together and never mentioned the damage that was done. They also charged for a parts and labor that was obviously not completed. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Juan Z: I have recommended this place to many friends and family members because it was recommended to me, but what a joke. I dropped my car off at 9am. At 1pm I got a call stating wat was wrong with my vehicle and the cost to repair it. The cost of the labor was just as much as the part being replaced(over $200). I called around and others quoted me way less. I decided to take my vehicle else where. They told me my vehicle would be ready for pickup in 1 hr. 3½ hrs later it was still not ready. Smh... I have a habit of always checking my vehicles when I pick them up from a shop. Glad I did, because the radiator hose clap wasnt placed back on. No water in the radiator or reservoir. And my vehicle was full of oil/grease all on the inside( on the visor, all over the steering wheel, on the door and on the floor mat) No Respect for peoples vehicles. Safe yourself the headache. Dont bring your vehicle here

Tracy McLean: My A/C quit blowing cold on my way home from work, pulled into Automotive Care Specialist with no appointment. Went into their office and was met by a very nice lady named Kim, she got a mechanic to check my a/c out with no wait at all. They were very honest told me what the problem was and how much it would cost in less than 30 minutes. They were ready to do the fix right then and even offered me a ride if I wanted to leave it. I told them I would bring it back the next morning and they said they would get right on it. I was so impressed with them I had them take care of some maintenance items that needed to be done also (power steering fluid flush/change, transmission fluid flush/change and filter, front and rear differential oil service) Very impressed at how fast they got everything done considering they had to pull my whole dash out to change evaporator coil for a/c. If you need any work done on your vehicle go here, you will be satisfied. Kim will take care of you, she stays in touch and lets you know how everything is going.
