1 /5 Sharon Manson: EDITED TO SAY --- 3 YEARS later they respond and claim, I "didnt have the money." Heres the rest of the story: When I finally got my car back after 6 weeks (yes, 6 WEEKS!) the amount was Paid in Full. I just paid the total bill so I could get my car back - I then took it back to my mechanic who had to tighten the steering column, screw in the dash (screws were left in the floorboard), reinstall speakers, and try to fix the AC. I then paid another mechanic to try to fix the AC, but it was broken beyond repair. (It worked prior to being brought in). Money was never the issue - incompetence was (in addition to lying about the status of the repair every time I called, emailed, or texted... I have copies).
One more reason to avoid these people like the plague - look how they respond to negative reviews.
STAY AWAY!! My car has been at their shop for 36 days - Im still waiting for a 6.5 hour labor job to be finished. They dont call or return calls. it is beyond frustrating. Sadly they were recommended by my mechanic, but had I known how bad their service would be, I could have found a bad mechanic on my own. If I could give 0 stars I would. Edited to add 6 more days (36 days and still no car.)
