5 /5 Tony Christianson: Rays changed out the rear leaf springs on my bucket truck and made a repair on some wiring. They did an absolutely fabulous job!!!! Many thanks yall!!!!

1 /5 Don Eggerton: I am giving one star because of customer service in the shop was very rude to me today. I agreed for $45 to have them diagnose if I needed leaf springs or new springs in my struts that already had new shocks front and back put on by Ford. They were already mad at me for asking to talk to the mechanic who drove my truck before I made any decisions.. I decided to wait on everything and was gonna pay my $45. They told me I owed $171. I said for what You didn’t do anything. They told me that I was using too much of the mechanics time.. well that’s not my problem. I was just trying to figure out what’s wrong with my truck. Management could have told the mechanic to take less time or not talk at all and someone like your shop Foreman who makes that decision and help me and drive the truck. It seems your own processes inside your company are not working and then you’re getting mad at a customer who just wants to know if there’s an issue with his truck! I wanted to know maybe I could split it up and do the front now and the back later since it was so expensive at $2000. I told the blonde haired lady that I would not come back. This is as honest as I can be about what happened. The sad thing is I felt like the mechanic was super nice and wanted to do a good job for me. But they have lost me for life as a customer. Additional thoughts - One problem that could have gotten them on edge was that when the mechanic drove the truck for the first time it was written up wrong saying that there was a noise in the front end. I never said that! So when I talked to the mechanic he had to go drive it again and see what the problem was.

1 /5 Kayla Williams: charged me for a service that wasn’t done. when i called back “they don’t issue refunds, sorry”. waited 7.5hrs for an oil change and an alignment only to leave with my oil over filled and no alignment. would steer clear of this place and take your money elsewhere.

5 /5 Joe Bologna: Everyone was super friendly n helpful. I dropped off my springs to change bushings but also talked to Ray about some recent changes in using my truck and he suggested adding 2 leafs each side. Truck sits exactly how I want it.
