1 /5 C. N.: This was my first time getting a full face threading done and my first time visiting Anams salon. She was on the phone with a friend the entire appointment and then charged me for an extra service. Because she was on the phone, we did not get to talk about what was included, what I wanted done, or if there is any aftercare.
During the service, Anam asked me to put my chin up and then threaded my neck (which I did because she said it the same way she was telling me to turn my head or hold my eyebrow and I dont know what the service includes), but at the end she told me that was an additional service and charged me for it. I did not ask for that and was not informed when she did it. She should have told me that she could do my neck too for an extra charge, not just done it without saying anything.
Results: my eyebrows are not the shape I would have done, I had to google aftercare because my face was stinging, I have a negative impression of Anam, and she got paid $8 for the extra service instead of getting a $10 tip.
