Other than that, it was fast and Everyone was nice and pleasant. It was just the waiting in between. The waiting was longer than the actual treatment.a

5 /5 Elizabeth Holden: The staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I can not express how sweet, helpful, accommodating, professional and caring the entire staff are. I went with my 4 children. We live 2.5 hours away. Not only did they get us all scheduled in the same day but they were able to squeeze in the recommended treatments for 2 of my children and myself. Living out of town and trying to get off of work during the week is difficult. Them helping to get us taken care of was such a blessing. I didnt have to reschedule, make multiple trips and miss multiple days of work. My children do not have to miss multiple days of school. I will never see another dentist as long as I live in this area.

The staff were kind and helpful, very well educated with all equipment needed. The dentist Ms Helen Oboro Onuora was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The whole experience was the best I have ever experienced in Midland. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! I highly recommend anyone going to see them for anything you may need or want!

Despite having insurance coverage for a routine cleaning, they tried to upsell her on an expensive procedure not covered by her plan. When she refused, they became uncooperative and even withheld her X-rays and records, apparently to unjustly bill her insurance for services never rendered. This office puts profits over patient care and has no qualms about exploiting vulnerable individuals. Trust me, you dont want to deal with these shady characters. Take your business (and your teeth) elsewhere."

John Castle: 2 days ago we arrived early for the appt for our 2 kids. 45 min past the appt time still waiting. We has other appts so we made another appt for 2 days later. Again, we arrived early, long wait, & not seen by professional until 30 min past appt time. When the professional finally came in, he didn’t introduce himself so that’s why I speak of him as the “professional” — no name badge visible. He ignored me (the dad) & spoke while facing his computer screen. He was wearing a mask & I had to remind him twice to remove the mask since I have a hearing loss & must see his lips. He disappeared along the way & an administrator came to “sell” us on the treatment. We come to Rodeo since few in Midland accept our very good federal insurance. If we had more choices we’d go elsewhere. A great many of the patients that come here are on aid, & therefore they apparently feel they must speak “down” to the parents.
