Elisa is a very kind and knowledgeable individual, she went through the process of what she will do when I showed her my inspo pic and of course the state of my hair at that time. I scheduled an appointment after feeling content with her doing my hair. Let me tell y’all…I am so in love with my new hair, it’s tone down. Kept my natural roots, lots of baby lights, and added a money piece since I want the front brighter. The process was about 6 hours. Elisa took her time and was checking on my hair to make sure it was not over processed which I really appreciated since my hair is very fine and delicate. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back when it’s time. Thank you!!

From the moment I walked in, everybody made me feel comfortable and Elisa listened carefully to what I wanted. They are very kind and nice and their attention to detail, skill, and creativity truly set them apart. My hair has never looked better!! The cut was exactly what I envisioned and I’ve received so many compliments. Elisa was so friendly and professional, making the entire experience enjoyable. Marisol Trevino: Santos is extremely close and touchy. I’ve never had a hair cut where there was so much touching. He would play with my hair right over my chest while he fluffed and pinched. Every hair stylist works with their medium but I’ve never had this done so pressed and close against my body. Very uncomfortable. He comes off as energetic and talkative. Still there is no excuse to cross so many physical boundaries just while cutting hair. Lack of professionalism in this aspect. I was too nervous/embarrassed to end the service as his wife works right across from him.

Daniella Luna: I don’t want to write this review but I feel like I have too. To start off, I have naturally fine hair (lots of it) and I have been mildly anemic (this is important to know). Last year, March 2024 I decided I wanted to bleach my hair. I had virgin hair up until that point. Now, before bleaching, I would shed a normal amount of hair, I was never worried (yes, I was already aware of being mildly anemic). After I bleached my hair, my hair has been shedding like CRAZY. Granted, I knew my hair would take on some damage with the whole bleaching process; however, I did not realize to the extent. I hoped that after a few weeks the shedding would calm down, but nope. I bleached it again in August 2024 (dumb of me to do so) however, the bleach was left on longer than the first time (March 2024). My hair has been an absolute disaster, I have not done anything to my hair in the past 5 months except get a trim and try my best to take care of it. My diet consists of healthy foods, and aside from mild anemia, I had/have no other vitamin/mineral deficiencies. I’m unsure if my fine hair was over processed and permanently damaged, but it is very upsetting and depressing for my hair to be coming out in clumps. The employees are absolute sweethearts and I know they had other clients to attend too, but I believe they left the bleach on for too long and now my hair is damaged.

I do tip my hair isnt easy to work with. They never keep me waiting long , cus I am disabled and I hat to wait. The location is close and they dont overcharge.
