2 /5 Jazz Hicks: Typically, I absolutely love the service here at this business. I went to receive my annual car inspection which usually goes smooth. I love how they always greet you and you never have to leave your vehicle while being service. Today I experienced horrible customer service for the first time. I waited at least 10-15 minutes before I was acknowledged because I was ever greeted. There are two other workers whom had just finished with another customer and went straight to take a cigarette break. Still I wasn’t greeted by either of the young men as well. The young man (inspection guy) greeted a customer who came in after me before saying a single word to. Finally, I was prompt to be move forward into the state inspection bank by a hand movement of the young man who was doing the car inspections. I wasn’t too happy about. I’m all about good customer service. Hopefully next year their customer service will improve.
