1 /5 curtis nelson: Crooks, plain and simple. Daughter took her car over for a minor body repair was offered a "free " inspection of the vehicle. Was told it needed complete brake job all wheels . Was told it had cracked rotors and pads were under tolerance. 1200 dollars. All bullshit.

If you truly enjoy… being told one thing over the phone only to be told the exact opposite when you arrive, being given the run around, being treated with disrespect, being spoken to repeatedly in a condescending manner, as if you were less than a human being… Well then, the incredibly unhelpful, apathetic folks at Baytown Collision Center is your place. Chris Stilwell: Tim and staff were terrific. My wif and I had engine trouble on a Friday around mid-day in our 2022 motorhome. We called several places and a few of them referred us to ODaniels. Im glad they did, Tim immediately said to come by. He and his staff started a diagnosis as soon as we arrived. By late afternoon the problem was discovered and parts were ordered. Unfortunately for us it was Friday and parts couldnt arrive until Monday. Tim kindly hooked us up to water and electric to stay the weekend without too much additional trip interruption. We made the best of it and toured the local Baytown parks and art district and Galveston which was a 45 drive away. We finally departed on Tuesday morning after the repair was made late Monday. So far its has been running well....fingers crossed. Thanks for the kindness and hospitality.
