Baytown Ford Service Center - Baytown Cully: I recently took my truck to Baytown Ford because I thought I needed new brakes and rotors. After inspecting everything, they let me know that my brakes and rotors were actually in great shape and didn’t need to be replaced. They could have easily just done the work and charged me for it, but instead, they were upfront and honest about what was really going on.
I was really impressed with their communication and integrity throughout the process. It’s rare to find a service department that takes the time to explain things and puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work. Highly recommend Baytown Ford!
