1 /5 Meagan Brundrett: Texas Health Doctor’s Office
I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with this office and want to share so others are aware. First, they make getting refills for prescriptions unnecessarily difficult. You are required to see the doctor for refills, but getting an appointment is nearly impossible since they’re always booked a month out or have no openings. This creates a huge inconvenience for patients who need their medications regularly.
Additionally, they do not inform you in advance that they don’t accept cash payments. During one of my appointments for a medication refill, I tried to pay in cash, only to be told they don’t accept it. I was instructed to leave, get a money order, or visit my bank to put money on my card. This lack of transparency adds unnecessary stress.
The front desk staff are another major issue. They are consistently rude and unprofessional, which only adds to the frustration of dealing with this office.
Lastly, even after finally securing an appointment, they will not send your prescription to the pharmacy immediately. I had a 10:30 AM appointment and was told that they don’t submit prescriptions until 5 PM, which makes it nearly impossible to get to the pharmacy before it closes.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inefficient processes make this office extremely difficult to work with. I do not recommend it to anyone needing regular medical care or prescriptions.
