5 /5 sickem tiko: Just a short note to say that G.I. alliance has the best scheduler/customer service representative that I have ever had, her name is Lori P. My case required partnering with more than one doctor, and more than one facility and Lori stayed right on top of it. She was faithful to call back when she said she would, she pursued what was needed from each of the doctors involved, and kept me appraised throughout the whole process. I have not had my procedure yet, but just to say that scheduling is top notch with Lori. Seriously G.I. alliance, you need to give her a raise, and a promotion, good help is hard to find. Thank you, Lori!

1 /5 C Frost: Took my mom who had stage 4 cirrhosis of the liver to see Dr. Gogia - he sent her away without any information and said he wasnt "able to read the scans" from St. Josephs, which we came here only to do, just to find out if we can save my moms life. This doctor is useless and only wanted the $250 I paid out of pocket to go see him. This office turns away sick people instead of helping save them.

5 /5 Josie Scott: Dr. Gogia was very attentive to my needs. He is a great listener. He asked a lot of questions and explained the procedures in detail. He is caring and patient. I was very satisfied with Dr. Gogia since I’m recently new to Pearland. The staff was very nice. The only thing was that his appointments were running a bit late. I highly recommend Dr. Gogia.

1 /5 Stephanie Harp: This is a practice that believes the only participant whose time is valuable is the physician. They do not respect their patients time. They are always an hour plus behind and believe this is an acceptable way to practice. When I asked for a different appointment when they were an hour plus behind they offered on 45 days later.

1 /5 Gwendolyn Blount: I’ve called Dr. Gogia’s office at least 3 or 4 times the past couple of weeks asking to speak with his MA’s. Each time, I’ve explained everything to the person that answers, she tells me she’s going to relay my message and nobody has gotten back with me. Very upsetting and unprofessional. I’m going to switch my care to another GI doctor. Wish me luck when I call them to request my medical records.
