5 /5 Kerry Chandler: An actually honest mechanic and so helpful. My elderly mothers truck broke down and was towed to her dealership. Without actually even inspecting the vehicle beyond a visual inspection and trying to start it, they said theyd need to change out the battery (new battery installed literally less than 9 months ago), alternator, starter, and drive belt and quoted her a price of just over $1,600. I called Auto Care and they sent a mechanic over who jump-started the truck and drove it to his shop. They recharged the perfectly good battery, changed out the alternator and drive belt, and left the perfectly functioning starter alone and only charged us $730. On top of that, they told the dealership that they could not legally charge my mom the $200 they wanted for their visual inspection. Seriously, never take your vehicle to the dealership. Call Auto Care.

5 /5 Marlana Webber: Its been about a week since my 2017 Ford Explorer was fixed by this shop. I came in with a coolant leak at the water pump. So far the issues seems to have been corrected and my car is running well. The customer service here is great. The owner even let me borrow his car, which I appreciated very much. I will return in the future when I have problems but hopefully, I wont have to.

We were initially told by others that our vehicle might need a new transmission or catalytic converter—either of which could have cost thousands to repair. Thankfully, Jerry took a close look and discovered it was simply a plugged converter. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but instead, he showed incredible honesty and integrity. They are affordable and honest — two qualities that are so rare to find these days! To top it off, when I picked up my vehicle the very next day, the owner, Mr. Buster Barsh, was there personally greeting customers, checking in with everyone, and making sure all our needs were met. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in running a trustworthy business. Highly recommend!

Michael Davis: Great small business auto repair shop. Boni and staff were very friendly. My issue was explained in great detail and I was not pressured into paying for repairs. Boni explained that while I did have a few repairs needed, nothing was urgent and I could push is down the road a bit because the repairs were a bit costly (as expected). When its time for repair I will be back. Highly recommended for honest auto care.

John Moore: Fantastic first experience with my first attempt at finding a local, Atypical, non-corporate, “true” mechanic, versus the posh, overpriced money-machine business model most of us have fallen victim to. I called ahead to find out if I needed an appointment to replace an ignition coil. None needed. I was greeted promptly as I drove up, and guided right towards a bay where they started their diagnosis immediately, and was offered a drink. After confirming a bank five ignition coil was needed, they checked their stock quickly and promptly ordered the coil which arrived in about 15 to 20 minutes, during which I got to know James. Great guy! James changed it himself, test drove it and I was on my way in under an hour, after only a light tap on my wallet. I wasn’t even there long enough to test how good their coffee was, or check out their lounge or Wi-Fi, or even use the bathroom. Don’t come for any of that, because James and his crew seem to be exactly what you hope for out of a country mechanic when you’re trying to keep your old cars running without being upsold on all of the things you don’t need. That’s the kind of customer service I look for! More later, after I put them to the test when I need something more serious.

There was a miscommunication between replacing break pads and a break job. Jason informed me of the work performed on my vehicle and issued me a refund due to the misunderstanding. The caliber of professionalism/customer service he demonstrated is certainly commendable and very much appreciated. He also gave us a veteran discount which was very kind of him.
