5 /5 Kira Dehnel: Richard and his team were fantastic, fair, and patient through the buying process. They posted a car that I was interested in, called me, and got me in that day. And I was test driving a little past closing and buying after closing. He took even more time to clean it well before passing it to me, even though I got there late in the day. He heard and respected my thoughts on the vehicle, and got me out quickly with a safe and reliable (so far???? But everything looks good on it) vehicle that I feel safe with my 16 year old learning with and my other kids riding in. They won me over. I want to use them for my main vehicle now as well.

His thoroughness and attention to detail in cleaning the vehicle made us confident in purchasing our Hyundai Tucson from him back in February. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about his vehicles, able to answer all our questions, let us take the car out for a drive and even check for engine codes with our own device before making any decisions or negotiating. I felt no pressure to buy at all, which allowed me the time I needed to inspect and feel confident buying the car, and at a great price I would add! Three months later and it’s still running like when we bought it! We could not be happier with the experience and will definitely be looking here again when we need another vehicle!

1 /5 Brenda H: I spoke to them over the phone and they told me that the fix that I needed in my car will be around 700$ for each part fixed . I knew what was wrong with the car but they still wanted to check my car. They asked me to bring my car for a diagnostic check and they told me that if It would be free if I fixed my car with them . I thought it wouldn’t be over 1,500 so I agreed . After they got done checking my car they gave me an estimate of over 4,000 dollars of things they “recommended “ getting fixed along with the repair . I ended up paying 165 $ for no reason for them to tell me to what I already knew was wrong with my car .

My first review was a three paragraph 5 star review because I was so impressed and pleased with the service I got here- it was a Trojan horse. In 2023/4 I spent close to $5,000 at this shop. They’ve replaced my entire air conditioning system, my entire suspension system. I happily spent the money because their mechanics are great and the warranties they offer. Unfortunately, this year I needed to make a warranty claim. My year old shocks and struts gave out, and my $4k air conditioning system gave out as well. The owner refused to make this right, claiming that it was my fault, and that I hadn’t fixed the parts he recommended (BS). He wouldn’t even let me warranty the parts!!! My brand new shocks had given out, and he told me to get lost. Called multiple times, went there in person, and he ghosted me. At one point in my life I told everyone I had ever met to use these guys and trust them like family. No more. Avoid at all costs.
