2 /5 Romero strong S: Im not sure who the gentleman is that answers the phone. Ive called 3 times and each time he is short, provides little to no info and seems as if he is being bothered by the phone calls. I used to get a young lady assist and she was always helpful. Sorry, but the initial contact sets the standard for me, first impression is a lasting impression. I took my vehicle to Barebones where the shop is clean, people are respectful and they do a great job to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Owner of Spensers quality automotive needs to put the gentleman in the shop and clean up spilled oil or clean the work bays.
