5 /5 Darian: My mother and I took our precious family dog to cross the Rainbow Bridge here yesterday. The staff was so considerate and kind during a very vulnerable moment for us- they even took the time to make her a bowl of Ice Cream with Sprinkles and mini Oreos for her to enjoy in her final moments. They really made the best out of a hard time for us- I am so grateful for all the wonderful staff did for our sweet little Princess. Thank you Animal Medical Center of McKinney.

5 /5 Dana Secord: Words cannot begin to express what an amazing veterinarian and incredible human being Dr. Rippy is. Shortly before the holidays, we found a suspicious mass on our dog, which come to find out was a mast cell tumor that needed to be removed. Dr. Rippy graciously offered to perform the surgery to remove the tumor the day after Christmas. Although we have seen our share of veterinarians throughout the years, what makes Dr. Rippy so special is her calm and patient demeanor, kind personality, and rational, mindful decisions when it comes to creating a treatment plan. The hospital manager, Rachael, is accommodating, efficient, and always follows up with us as promised. The veterinarian technicians, Jewell and Madilyn, provide insight and knowledge and are both so incredibly sweet. As you can see, I would highly recommend this clinic. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences each and every time we’ve come here.

1 /5 Jennifer S: We have been taking our furry family (we have 6 animals) here for just over a year. Ive got to say they have been great up until now. My dog had a Cushings test done on Monday. I was told that i would have results by Thursday at the latest. Thursday came and no results, so I called. I was told the doctor would reach out to me either Thursday evening or Friday morning. Well of course I heard nothing. Called the office at 4:55 PM on Friday (they close at 5:00 PM) and was told that my dog tested positively for Cushings, but the doctor was out of town and could not speak to me until Tuesday!! There are 3 veterinarians at this practice, one of which we have also seen on a regular basis as well, and NONE of these doctors could talk to me to explain the results and what those means for my dog?? I have to wait 4 more days for any information??! PLEASE take your animals to a place that gives a crap.

5 /5 Raphael Rajkumar: We love Animal Medical Center. The staff is great. They take very good care of our dog when we board her. The boarding area was nice and clean. The Vet do a great job of focusing on the pets health. They have been so nice to squeeze in our appointment with their schedule. They have grooming services as well.

5 /5 Jaynie Britton: FIVE STARS is well deserved! Our precious cat is getting bloodwork again. My doctor is semi retired so I saw Dr. Rippy today. She’s fabulous! I’m sticking with her going forward. And the vet tech, Mary is so awesome, too! Everyone here is amazing. It can be busy but they are always friendly and efficient. Their interaction with the pets demonstrates their commitment to the animal’s health, comfort and well being. Kudos to a job that is always well done!
