I had the best experience with Nas, he was truly fair and didnt make up extra problems when diagnosing the issue with my car, when I first went to them I was having steering issues and they fixed it temporarily for free and suggested to wait and see if its a real problem or not, it got bad again after 2 months , and this nas came up with a plan and he was really reasonable with the price and real quick with the repair. Im going to recommend everybody to go here when they are facing issues with their car. They are really wonderful and Im glad I found a reliable person

    Rick Snider: Most of the time, getting your car repaired is an onerous task. Finding a real mechanic is difficult as most shops today focus on parts replacement rather than real diagnosis. And who among us has not felt they were taken advantage of when the bill arrives? Yup, unless youre mechanically inclined, it can be tough to know if the repairs are legitimate. After getting suspiciously high repair estimate from my friendly local dealer (whose name I wont mention to protect the guilty), I looked for a second opinion and found All Tune on Yelp. They were busy but were able to get me into the shop a week later. Well, it took all of 15 minutes to determine that I didnt need any of the recommended repairs. All Tune took the time to show me the parts in question and treated me respectfully. They also looked up my service schedule and let me know when I would really need to perform maintenance. Even more, they didnt charge me for their time. Ill be bringing my car back to All Tune when I need service. These guys are the real deal, the bomb. Thank you All Tune! Highly highly recommended.

    Matthew Lipstein: Took my Honda Pilot to Capital City from the recommendation of two friends who both bring their cars there. Had a great experience from start to finish! We were doing a routine timing belt kit replacement. Getting the initial info and quote was clear and direct, and handled in one phone call. The price was reasonable, not rock bottom, but it feels like this business has integrity in doing good work and that is part of what you pay for. Thats value in itself to me. They finished the car on time and for the price we agreed upon - no surprises. Will definitely bring our cars back!

    Andrew Hunsberger: Great experience with Ryan - had (what we thought) was an issue with the starter on my Toyota Tundra. Ryan diagnosed the actual problem quickly and ended up saving me ~$1K (only charged for the hour or so he spent during diagnosis.) Very professional, fair, and trustworthy. Will certainly be coming back for future service requests.

The team at Juke Auto was fast, efficient, and honest. They fixed the issue quickly at a great price and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs like so many other shops tend to do. His honesty, experience and knowledge turned a somewhat disastrous experience for me into a trustful relationship in which I will be a life-long customer. I wont get into details but the turnaround of my situation when I arrived to where I ended up when I left was transformational. Maggies positive attitude and honest nature also adds to the customer experience each time. Ill admit Im not always the easiest customer to please so writing these types of reviews is not something I do on a regular basis and only when the service is truly exceptional. Tech One Auto took over Gordon Automotive that was family owned however when you leave Tech One Auto you also feel like part of the family.

This last visit they told me my filters were clean on my (newer) car, when they could have just charged me to change them. They are courteous and capable.
