4 /5 stephen travers: There with a friend who felt that being a female she wasnt given the right battery. The sales person was helpful in explaining why the new battery looks different. With COVID affecting most all businesses the supply chain has been negatively affected. My friend accepted the fact that the battery she wanted is not available, at this time. Staff was understanding and helped us seniors.

1 /5 Lance Manchester: Don’t expect to receive any customer service. Hopefully you have worked at NAPA if you shop here. If you have a question or issue or would like to re rice a core charge you won’t get any guidance or be told the necessary information and they will act as if it is common knowledge. It’s either bad customer service or a scam to get out of paying core fees. Either way you slice it it’s bad customer service so 99 times out of 100 do not recommend. The other 1 time would be because there are a couple guys there that are decent help and completely acknowledge what’s going on. Which makes the customer service from the others that much more atrocious. But they have worked there forever and everyone knows Longevity equals great service and in no way promotes complacency or rewards awful behavior.
