Hugh Jaynuse: Called to see if I can come in for an inspection, they said yes. Got here and they pay no attention to me, after me saying hello, they then tell me 15 minutes wait. I’m guessing customer service is not in their culture.
Sebastien Serimontrikul: This place is fantastic. Tom is a consummate professional and kept me informed of the whole process. I had an oil leak caused by an unscrupulous work on a previous oil change and he identified the problem easily and was prompt in fixing it. Ill be coming back to Tom for whatever I need in the future
