Missouri Car Care - Missouri City Tonia Kelly: I have gone to this shop for a few years. Although I have never received a written estimate, I thought I could trust the verbal estimate. Today, I picked up my car after it was there over a week for a coolant leak. Will gave me a completely different price for labor. It was $200 over what we discussed. Then, proceeded to argue with me. I demanded to see the Owner, but of course he was not there. I paid him because I needed my car. I called multiple times to speak to the owner about this issue, but no one answered the phone. This is not how you treat a customer. They should provide a written quote, let you know if something changes, answer the phone like a business should during working hours and make sure they back their work. Ive also experienced bringing my car back for the same issue. Either the problem was incorrectly diagnosed or they were just getting extra money from me. Take a man that is somewhat knowledgeable with you!!
