Justine Rodriguez: Yesterday was the first time I went to Carlos. I looked at his reviews and photos and was impressed. I saw some negative reviews about his attitude but none of a bad haircut or color and that’s what sold me. As soon as I walked in Carlos was chatting with a client and made me feel welcomed. His energy and personality were refreshing. He had me laughing the entire time without even trying to! You can tell he is confident in his work and caring and a person not just a hair stylist. I absolutely loved our interaction and loved my hair cut even more! He gave me exactly what I asked for. I will be going back to Carlos for more cuts and color. Thank you so much Carlos! It was a pleasure sitting in your chair! And you have a great attitude!! Oh and his salon space is so cute!

Mercedes Rodriguez: I worked with the stylist Gabriella - I had a very unfortunate experience. I had a color (balayage) and cut w her a few days ago, loved the color and the service I got day of. Today I got around to straightening my hair and it was so uneven and choppy. I sent her pictures and asked her how she plans to rectify the situation (I wasn’t sure if she was planning on a partial refund or if she was going to offer something for the inconvenience) but she went on to make excuses on how the correction haircut I was to receive was free and that’s her rectifying the situation. Ultimately I did not feel comfortable with her doing the correction after the back and forth. I messaged the owner and she was very helpful in wanting to get me to a new stylist to do the correction but my originally stylist Gabby blocked me on Instagram so I was just not comfortable even stepping into the salon again. I’m sure the other ladies at the salon do an awesome job - but for the overpriced hack job I received I was VERY unhappy (~$350). I DO NOT RECOMMEND GABRIELLA.

Michelle Young: Elena was super helpful and made my experience a great one. The time she took to show me different options for hair toppers and educating me on them was much appreciated. These are definitely an investment but you can be confident in the quality. I like that shes trained to customize the topper or wig to your liking or needs and has first hand experience of the products she sells. She shared with me the more breathable options the different coverage options and the differences with each. I couldnt be happier with the service that I was given. I never once felt pressured to purchase and that meant a lot to me because its definitely something to plan for (at least for my budget) but when Im ready I will definitely be returning.
