alex rudenko: I got a 6.0 powerstroke with an engine taken apart and on a back seat. 6.0 is not the easiest truck to work on, and not everyone wants to deal with them. Ted gave me a quote and we agreed and he started working on it got me oringed heads arp studs and more, He didnt give me the truck back until it was running smooth, and at the end of the project price stayed the same, there where no extra fees like other shops like to throw at you. I definitely recommend this shop and will be coming back in the future. Clean shop, professional crew. Thank you, Ted, and your team. Honest people, great service

Kane Clavizzao: Appearances can be Misleading. I walked into his shop it was Clean However they were not professional. For a simple job as an oil change should have been just that.When I drove my car on the way home that day it was bouncing all over the place the man worked on my car open my hydraulic fluid and emptied it and they did not want to take responsibility for it I spoke to the owner John he got angry and he said he watched his mechanic work on the car thats not true he was sitting talking to a representative of Google at the time So I know thats not true. that is my experience of this business I wont use them again when I gave him the opportunity to correct it he did not take the opportunity to do so.

Lanier Nelson: I got a flat on my way back to the office in Kerrville a half mile outside of town. Someone stopped and said I should take it to Tripps. Boy am I glad I did! They were super quick and very affordable. Thank God the tire pressure sensor didnt break. That was the best $17.47 I have ever spent! I wish I could give them a 6th star.

Benjamin: I just want to give a huge thank you to J & C Auto Services, they provided incredible service. The mechanics here are trustworthy and super reliable and go above and beyond with there services, I couldnt be happier. I brought my car here because it was making a loud cranking and popping noise in the front drivers side of the tire area when driving. J & C was able to get me in quickly and performed a diagnostic and found the issue right away. They were incredibly fair with their pricing and with informing me what it would take to get it fixed. They performed the work same day and I was able to pick up my car before they closed. This is the only auto repair shop that I will take my vehicle to. If you are looking for an auto repair shop that has reliable and trustworthy mechanics that wont try to upsell you on anything or rip you off but that are good people and care about helping you fix your situation, this is the place to go without question! I will definitely be coming back to have more work done in the future if I need it, thanks again J & C Auto Services!

John Vance: I like Alan as a person but I believe his business would benefit from training in dealing with people. He is easily flustered and prone to childish pouting. As is true with all mobile RV repair technicians he is very expensive. I prefer to pay by the job rather than by the hour that way there is no source of upset if you didn’t bring the right part or if you need to research how to do something on YouTube. All his work should be guaranteed but he can be hard to meet your schedule. A motherboard on my water heater was replaced by him but it stopped working again. His response to me was that he would get to it when he could without even a ballpark estimate of when that would be. He also stated that he would work on the problem only if it is the fault of the motherboard. How would I know? Several months have passed and I still don’t have my job completed. I contacted the manager of this RV park but she doesn’t want to get involved. Small claims court says they can’t force someone to complete a job even though. It’s already paid for. There are other more expert technicians out there who are more reliable and LESS EXPENSIVE. Ed
