2 /5 Stephanie Rogers: Very disappointed in the quality. The sample nail for the polish was FULL of glitter but as you can see its really splotchy and so much space with no glitter. Also the polish doesnt cover the whole nail there is exposed nail on the side and most of them have a bit of exposed nail by the cuticle.. With the price of their service I just expected better quality. This isnt the first time that I have been here and Im a firm believer in second chances, but the first time I went the lady was rude when I had her correct something that I didnt like. And became really aggressive and actually left me with a cut on my thumb. Which I think is why I was too hesitant to have them correct something this time.

1 /5 Edna Ramirez: I was Charged $70 for what Kenny said were Coffin nails! I said these are not coffin! And he said if I wanted them more pointy I should’ve said I wanted them more! When I have gotten them in the past, I have never told them how pointy I want them! Another thing is I went in with my daughter for her birthday and she didn’t get her nails done but everyone coming in and out was getting their services done! Horrible experience!!!

1 /5 Lindsey Tijerina: Very rude service! Never coming here again. Called in advance for the price they changed it drastically after I arrived. That not even being the worst of it, the lady that did my nails cut and hurt me multiple times, causing me to bleed! Then lied when I told front desk lady, began screaming “sue me.” She messed up my nails and my experience here. This rude lady happened to be named Lee, or Tracey! Very bad spirited lady! I need the Managers email asap!

3 /5 Toya Bellard: Definitely not Like 1st Lash in Bear Creek. Came in on lunch for a full set, slow mediocre work. I could be wrong but my tech was new. I noticed she kept asking questions regarding my service and was unsure about some of the product locations. She was nice but my nails are uneven and the powder was over my cuticles resulting in a bulky look

Nancy Cole: I had been to Le Le nails years ago and it has since changed ownership. Read reviews which seemed OK so I took a chance. The people were friendly, but the quality of service was lacking. Got the basic pedicure, the girl spent about 60 seconds working on my cuticles, only scrubbed my feet for maybe 30-45 seconds per foot and then got a 3 1/2 minute massage. Paint job was OK, a little sloppy but I can clean it up once I get home. Would not recommend to anyone. Price was cheaper than most other places in the area but now I see why. Maybe it was just the girl that I had.

Princy V: I’ve been coming here for my mani’s for about a year now and specifically asked for Ms. Lucy based off of other reviews. Let’s just say she’s yet to disappoint me! I come in with all these random inspo pics and she indulges all my craziness! She’s also a perfectionist who takes time and great care in patiently making sure the nails have come out to her satisfaction as well! The rest of her team (including her husband) are also very personable, they greet and treat you well, offer beverages and make sure you are comfortable. Posting a couple of pics from my last 2 sessions!

When I called and visited to report this, I was met with skepticism and frankly, a lack of accountability from this business. I left two messages for the owner Jennifer to call me and no call yet. Bad service is one thing, but having a permanent scar on my face and having them act as if I don’t matter is not happening. Preparing to take legal action.
