Luid 11 This spa is absolutely AMAZING! Top notch service from everyone there. Very relaxing atmosphere. I had the most amazing pedicure I have ever had in my life! I had my nails “dipped” for the first time and they did an awesome job. Just make sure to make an appointment. They are busy because of how amazing they are. Love love love this place. Thank you Jay!! UPDATE. Still LOVE this place. Jay always does an AMAZING job!

Anne S Went to Venetian’s multiple times before however this time wasn’t quite ideal. We made two appointments for a mani and a mani and pedi, however we had to wait about 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment to get started. My manicure was okay, and the 30 second massage for both arms was very off putting, at least 2 to 5 minutes for a manicure in my opinion. For the other mani and pedi - his finger was cut with the cuticle cutter, which okay people make mistakes but maybe try to do damage control afterwards. Would go elsewhere next time.

Ariel Doval Went in to do my nails & my daughters nails for her bday. We were both cut while they were filing our nails & it seems like the nail tech doing my daughters nails didn’t know what she was doing at all. Nails were super lumpy & there was spots on her nails with no powder. Very unsatisfied even after they tried to fix her nails. Do not recommend. This was my daughters first nail set & she left the salon sad.

zamzam albardan I wanted to try a new place and all I can say I’ll never go back! I always get long nails and usually they last abt a good month! Literally the 3rd day they started to break one by one! THEY’RE VERY SWEET DON’T GET ME WRONG BUT I’ll NOT GO BACK.

Elizabeth Gilley Very upset! Went to get birthday nails since they had good ratings. Never again! Picked yellow and got candy corn orange and yellow! It looked weird when she was still putting the powder and she said it would dry yellow.... it did not! Paid $40 for crooked ugly nails that I had to get fixed somewhere else. I didn’t trust them to correct it but will never recommend. The place isn’t that clean and no music or tv for background noise, just sitting in silence while other employees are on their phone. Orange part looked like it had bubbles underneath.

emilyy they didnt do what i asked for and the nails did not fit my own nails,they did gel instead of acrylic, also shape wasnt the shape i wanted

Sharita Brown Mimi nail tech is very artistic show her a picture and she goes to work. Nice environment and friendly service. Prices are very reasonable. I will come back found myself an new nail tech.

Jean Abele Sweetwater Nails is a friendly salon & very caring of their clients. I’ve been going to Nickie,a highly trained nail technician , for quite some time now. I’m a senior citizen & she gives 110% for me. I live close by& actually walked today to my appointment. The weather changed quickly & drastically while I was ready to leave. Nick, the office manager, actually drove me home. Rollator & all. That’s going over & above the call of duty. The salon is a place of many colors, beautiful scents, cocktails & lovely decor.

Stephanie Rogers Very disappointed in the quality. The sample nail for the polish was FULL of glitter but as you can see its really splotchy and so much space with no glitter. Also the polish doesnt cover the whole nail there is exposed nail on the side and most of them have a bit of exposed nail by the cuticle.. With the price of their service I just expected better quality. This isnt the first time that I have been here and Im a firm believer in second chances, but the first time I went the lady was rude when I had her correct something that I didnt like. And became really aggressive and actually left me with a cut on my thumb. Which I think is why I was too hesitant to have them correct something this time.

Fabiola Mehta I love this place. Everyone is always so nice and kind, and you’re always greeted with a smile. I’ve been here several times now and I’ve always left happy :) I’ve done mani/pedi, gel and regular, I’ve liked them all! They always do a beautiful job.

Vanessa Martinez I do like this place a lot. I go very often… but this last service that I got was not the best. The nail tech that was doing my toes rushed through the whole process of a service that should have been “relaxing.” Also, I understand she couldn’t do the design that I asked so she asked someone else but I also asked for their opinion and no one was listening.i would also like the mention that the reception in the front with long wet hair, was very rude. I asked for a student discount and she seemed very annoyed. If you do not like talking to customers of all types then don’t be in the front. Lastly, I paid for two of the EXACT same services but noticed that the person that I was with was receiving more service items than what I did. I don’t understand if we paid for the exact same thing.

Sonali Mehta I have been here multiple times now, it’s me and mom date every time. The people are nice and courteous. However this time my paint got chipped in two days and I went back to them they were kind enough to fix it without any charge. It was not shellac.

Parissa M My brother, a professional boxer, visited this salon for a manicure and suffered chemical burns and cuts on his hands. When I tried to contact the manager to address the issue, they avoided my concerns and provided no way to send photos or get a response. The lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone who values safety and proper care.

M Ordonez This place is pretty hit or miss. I have given it a try many times in hopes that I might find one of the techs that I like best but they all seem to upcharge for every little thing. What absolutely broke the camels back for me was todays experience. The nail tech doing my pedicure cut me in several places which was totally unnecessary. Then my mothers nail polish all began to literally peel off after she took a quick shower this evening. It was POWDER DIP which it should not happen with powder dip. Her nail polish is literally coming off as if its sticker nail polish. Terrible job and way too expensive for the quality.
