Kelly Burkhalter call them because they were preferred by my warranty company I told them everything upfront they said bring it in we will diagnose it get with the warranty company and go from there turned out to be something my warranty company would not cover(but that is another story) we went to get the car and they said we owe $100 diagnostic fee I had asked all this upfront they never said anything about it so, my thoughts tell someone upfront if it is not covered then you have to pay it. But it being a preferred shop the warranty company sent me to it should have been covered Drivers Edge should make it clear****** After this review the the Company called me and explained how the person I talked to was new and how it should have been told up front. so he made it right

Josiah Yosten I went to drivers edge this weekend and they did an amazing job! They ran a diagnostic on my car to see what needed fixed. Instead of trying to upsell me they told me what things could wait and what things they highly recommended getting fixed. They got it done the day I brought it in and were all really nice to talk to!

Ariel Kim Theo was really helpful with getting my tires fixed. Theyre always so nice here. And even today they went above and beyond to help me with my tires. Theyre always friendly here and the time to get things done is fairly quick! Love this location!!

BJ Hall Fantastic people. Great service. Big Thank You to Brianna. It was pouring down rain when I came in for an inspection. Even though she was busy she took the time to greet me and find out what type of service I needed. She was super nice, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. It took much less time than I expected. I highly recommend Kwik Kar!!!

Anurag Dhillon I went in for safety and emissions testing for registration, which was easy. Xavier, the manager, also let me know about my engine leak and how I needed to replace my valve gasket cover and spark plugs (I’m at 97k miles and they need to replaced at 100k miles). I’ve known about my engine leak for over 6 months, so this was expected and we came to an agreement. Xavier and his crew got to work immediately and did it quick and honored my agreement so overall solid experience.

Octave Pte Ltd Top notch team at this location. Excellent job fixing a tricky evap system failure in my Ford Escape. Kudos to Xavier & Elias for super attentive service and highly competent diagnostics & repair work. Customer-friendly, mechanically knowledgeable, flexible scheduling and fast turn-around. Daniel Clark I brought my vehicle to Sun Auto for suspension work and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I paid for specific repairs, but after a follow-up inspection at another reputable shop, I was told that the wrong parts were installed—and one part that I paid for wasn’t even replaced. When I followed up with Sun Auto, the response I received was even more concerning: that the part was unavailable and they attempted to make it work. Also, the conversation basically was a merry go round to confuse me, even though they are at fault. If you knew the paid work required additional stuff then that should had been explained or if the correct part was not available, again it could had waited. Yet, none of that was communicated upfront, and they still proceeded with the job and charged me. At this point, go to the dealership or not them. It may cost more, but I’d rather pay for work that’s done right the first time. Sun Auto is already on the pricier side, and in my experience, it simply wasn’t worth it. I won’t be returning.

Despite it being after hours and the shop preparing to close, they went above and beyond to help fix my tire. Their professionalism, kindness, and unwavering dedication to customer care truly set them apart. Kendell Murray Jommel is the most efficient and productive manager Ive seen at this location in the last 12 -15 years. I certainly appreciate his attention to customer needs and honest advice. D Hut DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. The employees straight up lied to me. I brought my company car in to get the oil changed, tires rotated and to have a slow leak checked on my drivers side front tire which was also missing the valve cap. Two hours later when they gave me my car back, my car handle, steering wheel and side of the car were greasy, the guy was too lazy to wipe his hands. My drivers side front tire was still missing the cap which made me question whether they actually rotated my tires. I went back inside, they assured me that they rotated the tires and they couldn’t find a leak in the tire, it just needed some air. Two days later, my tire pressure light is back on for the drivers side front tire. They straight up lied to me. To top it off, they billed my fleet management company for the services they never performed. I now question whether they actually changed the oil on my car. They never reset the “maintenance required” setting either, I had to do it myself. Dishonest, lazy employees. I will NEVER take my car to a Firestone again.
