Frances Cromartie I had a wonderful service call experience from Ronnie and his service call mechanic. My vehicle had a bad fuel pump, would not start and had me without an operational vehicle for three days. After checking other local repair shops and not finding one to provide a timely service call at a price I was comfortable with, I contacted Ronnie at 411 Tires & Automotive, he and his mechanic came and repaired my car in a timely and professional manner. I proudly send this review because I live three towns north of Giddings, but he didn’t see that as a problem and provided his services with a “Can Do” attitude and performed it a manner that was “Second to None.” I highly recommend the 411 Tires & Automotive shop based on my very pleasant experience with them.

Angel Aguilar I don’t even know where to begin . March 2024 I had my car towed to this shop . It was damaged in a wreck. . I picked it up a couple months later and the company was paid in full.m 16 k. The paint job was terrible so I returned it. I went back two more times and the work was still not done.. Fast-forward 10 months later after paying my car payment and insurance every month and not being able to use my car. I decided to take it to a different shop and they informed me that the car was not even safe to drive and after looking at the quote, the work that was charged to the insurance company was not even done. Significant unresolved damage with the frame suspension and undercarriage. I was told that it was not safe to drive and that if I got in an accident, my passenger probably would die. Horrifying! I have kids and grandkids. I was extremely taken advantage of, and shouldn’t have trusted somebody that seemed nice.

Allen Chan Travel Houston to Austin had transmission leak and over heat warning, got Ronnie by blissing, was adding fluid at AutoZone and customer said go to Ronnie next door, Ronnie tech work it it right away and in about an hour found Radiator transmission cooler was leaking, he got one drove in from Austin and by 630pm, I was able to get home with my wife, fair price too. I would be spending the night at a hotel if any other shop, Thanks for your warm country hospitality

Russell Hilburn My daughters car broke down, and she limped it to the shop after replacing the coil packs in the OReilly parking lot. I assumed the next step was a fuel pump. They correctly diagnosed that it had skipped timing. They repaired quickly and reasonably. Handled everything over the phone with great communication via office staff.

Simple_flowergilr miller 5 stars bc in 30mins they patched my tire for $15 and gave an inspection for $7 even. I had went to the Shell shop right before coming here but they was trying to charge double. Which sad bc I use to to their for years. So I think I found myself a new shop to go to.

Timothy Morris I was stranded in Giddings on my way home from Sherwood Forest Fair to Houston. On a Saturday evening. I contacted John who sent his brother Rodrigo. We got it to their shop about a mile away, and I picked it up Tuesday (they were done Monday but its as soon as I could get back). They were fast, efficient, and worth MORE than they charged me easily! 10/10 would recommend to friends who might need true "rescue" in the area!

David Ashton Needed a repair passing through Giddings, sorted me out in 30 minutes. The other shop I tried on 290 wouldn’t even touch it after wasting my time. The window on my Toyota was off track and had to dismantle the door panel to realign - the technician was very impressive and knowledgeable!

Ric Delgado Mr Martinez returned my call despite me calling after there regular business hours. Showed up and fixed my broken window, first thing the following morning and did an awesome job. As well as was very reasonably priced. They provided Quality service, at a moments notice and were very polite and helpful in finding my parts. I would definitely recommend them, and i will definitely use them again if i ever need any of the many services they provide.

Tawfeq Ahmed Ended up having to pull over on the highway due to a blowout, reached out to these guys and they were very efficient. The gentleman that changed out the tire was extremely professional and nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone having any issues in the area

We have an old Jeep that has been on the ranch since 1968, these guys have been able to take it from a pain to a pleasure. It took a few times, but the passion they all have along with honesty and integrity. If you have a need for an auto repair bring it here! If I could do 6 stars, I would do that!

Michelle Wright Rhame BS Car Care is awesome. I was able to bring my vehicle into the shop on the same day that I called. They fixed my air conditioner issue fast, efficiently, and without breaking the bank. Friendly, honest, and hard working! I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs.

Mark Duoto Ive done a very lot of reviews and never gave 5 stars till now. The staff here are knowledgeable about everything they carry, great service, things are done when they say they will be and done correctly. They keep whatever they sell stocked up so you dont have to worry whether or not they have something. Play they are great with the customers and go well beyond what they have to do. It does get a bit busy at times play take a few minutes for them to get to you but when you take care of each customer like you should thats how it is sometimes. Great job guys

Texas David Friendly enough but overwhelmed with hail damage and not taking any new vehicles for over 6 months. Now I have to find something out of town.

Issac C. I wouldnt call them out for any roadside mechanical diagnostics or repairs. Theyll end up just telling you it needs to be towed because they dont have what they need to figure out whats wrong. Save your money call a true Roadside Mechanic who comes prepared or have it towed on your own without the cost of them telling you.

Michel Emrich We were traveling thru town with our RV and had trouble with our diesel truck. Fan belt and pulleys. These people were so friendly and helpful. Got us back on the road in less than 1hour and at a reasonable cost to. Now that is what I call great customer service! Thanks guys.

Shane Alasma came in with just my tire thought it’d be a quick easy job. turned out to be 2 hours of sitting in the lobby and they broke my tpms sensor those aren’t cheap. thanks for fixing my problem and giving me a new one

Curtis Lieber I know times are tough right now with everything going up. Gas, tires, etc But I was going to get an oil change for my car. It was $50.00 Which I usually pay, went there few days ago and they went up to $60.00 now. I turned to the exit door and I left. I dont know how Walmart can charge you that much money for a oil change. No thanks Walmart I will do it myself. Thanks for nothing.

Alizon Abril I had an amazing experience at AutoZone not too long ago all thanks to Melissa, the manager who is clearly the MVP of customer service! Honestly, I walked in a bit confused and probably looking like I was trying to fix my car with duct tape and hope. But Melissa swooped in like a superhero, armed with knowledge, patience, and a smile that could probably fix my engine. She not only helped me find exactly what I needed, but also made sure I felt like I was the most important person in the store, no small feat when it’s packed with car parts and confused customers like me. If youre ever in need of auto parts and an uplifting experience, ask for Melissa. She’s basically the Beyoncé of AutoZone.

Pam Montgomery Labor Day weekend 2024. On Friday about 4:30pm I was traveling from Denison Tx. To Rockport Tx. for my annual reunion with my 3 Sisters. I was traveling through Giddings Tx. As I slowed to make a stop, I heard a really loud noise coming from my Ford Escape. Oh no, I thought, something is wrong. I stopped and looked under my car and I see the splash guard coming loose and almost off, dragging on the pavement. The folks at the convenience store directed me to H & L Automotive that was right across the street. Hunt Harrison and his team calmed me down, took my keys and fixed the problem at no charge to me. They took the splash guard off and put it in the back of my car so I can have it put back on when I get back home. In these crazy times we live in, such kindness and professionalism goes a long way. I will certainly not forget it. Thank you again, Hunt and your team at H & L Automotive.

Jamie Glona Just letting yall know this place aint your run of the mill independent shop those guys worked in dealerships for years then decided to branch out on their own. They know vehicles front to back and top to bottom dont think there is much they cant fix. Go check them out for your automotive needs you wont be disappointed.

Chris B Super helpful and great service! I came in wanting to repair the bumper on my Toyota and not wanting to get insurance involved. The team took a look and gave me different options. 20 minutes later I had a solution that worked for me for under $50! I had previously taken my car to the Toyota dealership and was told it would be 3 months before they could schedule me and cost at least $800... they didnt even try to help me put together a drivable solution in spite of the fact I had bought the car from them new 3 years ago. The Team at Lee Co. Body Shop didnt look at me as a business opportunity... just as someone who needed help. I really appreciate their service and will tell my friends.

Gary Smith Hail repair specialist stole my money and left 2 of my vehicles incomplete. When I contacted body shop, they said they were not responsible as the hail repair outfit was just using their shop. I am VERY dissatisfied and will tell anyone in Lee county that will listen about my experience.
