2 /5 T N: Work done was fine. But Ill never go back. The guy behind the counter did not greet me, he did not welcome me or anything. He was a fast talker. He did not thank me for my business. When I arrived, he and a mechanic were speaking with each other and neither of them looked at me and I was the only one in the waiting area. They spoke for 3 or 4 minutes and never did they look my way until they were done with their conversation. The counter guy could have welcomed me and taken my car keys and began my process which was just getting emissions testing, and then continued his conversation which was a discussion that did not sound urgent at all. It could have been but it galls me that a customer is standing right there and two men did not even look my way. They were very rude.
Ill never go back and Ill tell everyone I know why I wont. Plus it was hot as hell in the lobby. At least there was free bottled water.
