Barbara Ott These guys are great! We purchased tires for our RV from them and received a good price and great service. We had a trip planned recently and the day before had trouble with one of the tires, or thought we did. We were unable to check tire pressure on one of the inside tires. They got us in the next morning at 8, confirmed that the tire had proper pressure, and we were on our way to our reserved campground! Plus gave us a gauge that would reach to the inter tires. All with a smile.

Taszey Marler Place is a joke. Heard they were open and could help out with my brakes. When I arrived it looked like some kids using it as a place to hang out and do drugs. Definitely going to find a place that looks like I wont be mugged when I get out of my car.

bruce kirchofer We had an excellent experience with this business. My daughter was commuting from Forth Worth to San Antonio and had a high pitched whine coming from under her car. I could not locate the issue, so we left our car with HCT overnight. Got a call the next day that it was just a rock stuck against one of the rotors and that I could pick up the car any time and there would be NO charge. What a refreshing experience from an honest company. Thank you

They were quick and did a great job on the repair. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone moving forward.

You will get the best big name business with lots of small town love for people. Would only take my car or truck to Stan and Jason without a flinch. No other car repair comes even close to their knowledge and down to earth fantastic service and people!

daughter4God (Susanne) I specifically called this shop and spoke to a woman and let her know I wanted a diagnosis before any work was done. WELL, there was no diagnosis done. Only part replacing and guessing. I was not notified before the work was done. I was charged 300 for the same part I had just replaced for 65.00 less than 1 yr prior. I left the shop, cars check engine light came back on before getting home. I had it taken back to the shop, only for the same problem he did the first time. NO DIAGNOSING, ONLY PART GUESSING. Yes, and the second time around, he did the same thing. He replaced the gas cap (I had already replaced it less than 6 months prior for 16.95). He charged me $119.00. I asked him if he would take it back, but of course, he would not! Needless to say, this did not fix my car either. I would not take your car to this place unless you want to be price gouged for parts that he assumes you need, instead of doing the work and actually doing proper and complete diagnostics to find the true problems. I was robbed by this place and still have the same problem with my car. I feel like he needs to refund my money for replacing parts that had already been replaced and not doing what I asked him to do. He should have never replaced those things before speaking with me. If he would have, I would have told him they had already been replaced less than a year prior to him replacing them again. What a complete disheartening experience. I was robbed

Kip Vortex If you have an issue with your vehicle, waynes is a no bull crap mechanic that doesnt over charge, it only does exactly what you ask him to, an example is had a van that hadnt been driven for 8 years because it had problems 8 years ago and it was to the point where it wouldnt even try to start and he got it up and running flawlessly and I genuinely never thought for a second that that vehicle would ever run again let alone work like its new. Even if hes a little bit out of your way and you can get your vehicle to him, hell probably give you the best service anywhere else in Wichita falls. Thank you for the awesome service!

Anya Anderson-Watkins 10/10 recommend. Everything was so seamless! Its plenty to eat or do while you wait for your car. I went to work out at the gym across the street. I got 4 tires replaced and a wheel alignment. They did it all under an hour! Car running smooth! I will be back! Oh I didnt have my wallet or card since I was working out but they do tap to pay for the win!

Misty Flippin I googled a tire shop close to work and found this place. Austin has been phenomenal and so kind and helpful! I dropped my tire off to have it patched from a nail and I came back the next day for my convenience and they put it on quickly. I also found out they are part of the same company that I bought tires from that were so kind and helpful too. I definitely recommend them and will come to them in the future!

Angela Marks I am so incredibly grateful to Hill Country Collision Burnet for the INCREDIBLE work they did repairing my Jeep Wrangler after an accident. The insurance company was a big challenge but Chris Gardiner very patiently worked with them to ensure they paid for all of the costs of my vehicle. We also opted to purchase some really cool after market parts for the Jeep. Some parts were very tricky to install, but Chris and his team were committed to making it happen for me. They were incredibly professional. Communication and service were excellent. Start to finish it was a smooth process. They turned my boring Jeep into my dream Jeep and Im thankful for all of their hard work. Im so glad I trusted them with this service! They did not disappoint!

Don Black I absolutely cant say enough good things about these guys. One of the best experiences I have had with a business in my 66 years. A big buck deer rammed the side of my wifes Jeep Gladiator at highway speed and tore up everything from the front door to the rear bumper. Daniel and the crew at the Burnet location knew just what to do, from the initial estimate to making sure everything was accounted for in dealing with the insurance claim. And the actual repairs? Honestly, the truck is PERFECT. Not only is it like the accident never happened, I think it may actually look better than the day we drove it home from the dealership. They even cleaned the engine compartment! If you need collision repair, save yourself the trouble and go straight to Hillcountry Collision. Theyre knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and do great work. What more could you ask?

They helped me with a full touchpoint inspection and walked me through everything clearly, without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Their honesty really stood out — and thats something thats hard to find these days, especially when so many other mechanics out there try to take advantage. I’ll definitely be coming back to them regularly for maintenance. Highly recommend!

Alex Walker Came in today to get a new tire mounted and balanced. I chose this shop due to the great reviews on their Google maps account, and I have to say that they are not wrong! Dale is so friendly and we had such a good conversation during the 15 minutes that it took him to mount and balance my tire. His friend Doug was there as well and was just as genuine and friendly as Dale, I will be coming back here for all of my tire needs from now on!!! I cant say much about the waiting room, its a tire shop waiting room. I spent my time outside chit chatting with Dale and had a great experience!

Jerry Martinez I must say I was very impressed by the quick and quality work Mr Pepe did on our vehicle. We are from out of town and had been camping in the hill country, upon leaving the camp site our check engine light began flashing on and off and car was shaking. We made to Longhorn automotive and were met by Pepe. What a gem. This man and his family run an A+ business. He was able to diagnose our cars problem and within 2 hours had our car running like new. And the price was very reasonable! So thank you long horn Automotive!!
