Joshua Phillips Came in to get 4 new tires on my Bronco. Wanted to squeeze bigger tires on and the guys went above and beyond. They walked me though on what tires to buy and made helpful suggestions based on my usage. When it came time to mount the tires, they trimmed my bumper valance to make clearance and hosed down the muddy wheels to make sure the bead will properly seat. Price was good and further accommodations were free. Best part- all the work was performed in 30 minutes. Fast and friendly service. Update: The mad man did it again! Put new wheels on the vette and I could not be more pleased! He is careful to get my car off the ground, identified a wear issue on my tires, charged me a very fair price, and helped me load up the old wheels! Come here if you like saving money and good service!

Andy Guerra I came at a desperate time. My driver side front tire was blown from hitting a pot hole. Alas I was recommended to come here and they helped me replace it and my other bad tires at a reasonable price, valuable and quality price. I mean the tires are still doing great and since I purchased a whole set I was given a free wheel alignment! These people are doing gods work.

Dee Hill Radiator hose came off in Effingham IL. Blow head gaskets, called Jeff and he said that they did not warranty snap rings on OEM parts. But he would fix my truck for about $4500.00. I have hear from a friends that this place dose very shotty work. They told me that my water resavory was leaking. They squeezed it by hand. You can not do this. The leak turn out to be, a short hose to transmission. I will not go back to them.

Dan Christiansen Beyond incredible. These are good genuine people that deliver great quality. My rear driveshaft broke off while I was on highway 121 (an hour and 30 minutes away from my home in Dallas) and they made me a priority the second I walked in and even offered to give me a ride into town. Jeff and his daughter were both very friendly and took care of me better than any auto shop has before. They gave me a great price and got my vehicle fixed a day earlier than anticipated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Big spa87 Pulled in before work concerned I would be late but I don’t get off till after hours. Pulled in @8:45 pulled out 8:53. I watched the team check all fluids and tires and they reset my oil life gauge because I wasn’t sure how. Very fair price and really good friendly people. They Earned a customer today.

Deven Lizotte You guys have employee named that goes by “Chris Smith” on Facebook saying a lot of inappropriate things on videos about window installations and giving a ton of false information to the public about the correct way to handle the procedures. As a collision repair company I’d highly reconsider and employee like this or some serious training needs to be implemented

Marc M Honest. What more could you possibly hope for in a mechanic or person? We no longer live in the area and still drive over 50 miles to Pro Auto if we have a need. Once you find a mechanic you can trust, distance is just not much of a barrier.

(A few weeks ago, one of the guys looked at a tire and said Id need a new one soon. Sure enough, that was the next one to get worn and go flat. They know their stuff!)

Doug and Lori Parsons These guys are great! Our ice cream bus’s rear ac was underperforming. I spoke with Justin and he told me to bring it in. He told me a price and guaranteed he would find the issue. We dropped it off and he made sure he heard our concerns and Justin made sure that the freezers stayed plugged in so the ice cream wouldn’t melt. He called us and said we got you fixed up. He found the issue and fixed it fast and efficiently. When it came time to pay, the price was what he originally said. No hidden fees, crazy tactics, or anything else. Straight forward, honest, and to the point. They have earned a customer for life!

Elena Berry Thankful for Great Price Tire & Auto in Bonham!!! Lincoln dealership in Dallas did my brakes last week and apparently left all my rear lug nuts loose. I noticed my car sounded loud and vibrating on the drive from Dallas. When I turned by the Bonham water tower, one of my rear tires started banging and I started to lose control of my car as my wheel started to come off. I luckily did not hit anyone and by grace was able to pull right there into Great Price (Firestone). They were so nice and really treated me like a person after this very traumatic incident. Justin was so helpful and even let me keep my dog in the shop while I waited for a tow truck - helped me understand what happened and expectations I should have for the repair with my dealer. I would recommend Great Price for your tire needs for sure.

Im here to tell you that they would never do that to anyone that walks through their doors. They are the only ones I let work on my car. To get that kind of professional experience and skills, the friendliest people are running it. They will go out of their way to make sure you have a ride home are to be comfortable while you wait. 10 points and rising in my opinion
