Michelle Garza Had a daughter who was stuck at the college and I called to see if they do roadside calls. He asked what the problem was and when we explained what was going on he told me to tell her to turn her wheel to see if she locked something. It worked and she was able to drive back to Alice since she commutes. I will definately use this business for any future auto work we may need. They are truly wonderful people.

Lindalou Dewes We broke down and were towed to their shop. The mechanic on duty was honest. Could not be fixed at their shop. Needed to go to a Chevrolet dealer, diesel issues. It was very late and cold. The shop crew was more concerned about our welfare than getting off in time. They gave us snacks and drinks while we waited for the tow to the Chevrolet dealer. We need more people like this. Thank you for everything.

Kim Vaughan I was hesitant to get new tires put on at Walmart but I had no choice. Found this was a great place to take care of what I needed! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable . The lady checking me in and getting the work done didn’t just just go ahead and it the new tire but suggested I should have both front tires replaced instead of just the one because the difference in tires would cause problems later on. She fit me in without an appointment with hardly any wait time. Best service! It sure changed my mind about Walmart Automotive!

Graciela Conklin This particular location used to be great, we have bought sets of tires for all our vehicles. However, lately their service has been horrible. Recently we took one of our vehicles to have the tires checked on a Friday, and then the tire light came on again. I took the vehicle back Saturday morning (7 am) and was asked to return because there was only one worker. I came back around 11 am and dropped off the vehicle, showed the nail in the middle of tire and was asked to pick it up around 5 pm. When I picked the vehicle I was told that the nail was not removed because it didn’t go through and they didn’t think I wanted to buy a new tire. They didn’t give me the option to make a choice. I asked if the TPMS were checked and the worker stated no, they have the machine to check the sensor; however, the manager who doesn’t come to work until tomorrow is the only one who knows how to use the machine. Needless to say, we took the vehicle to Superior Auto and will not be buying anymore tires from Walmart Auto Center!

Aaron Cherry Safelite was giving me the run around on a windshield replacement quote and saying my truck needed a calibration even after they received my vin. I called these guys and within a hour they had me a quote and stated my truck didnt need a calibration. They got me scheduled within 2 days and they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward. They were carefully with their work and respected my vehicle. I recommend this company 100 times over for a smooth, fast and honest job.

Danielle Kabernik I highly recommend Benny’s Paint & Body. They do great work in a timely manner. Frank went above and beyond to help us with our insurance claim, and even submitted additional repairs needed from the suspension/alignment shop to the insurance company for us (which he wasn’t required to do). A week after we got our vehicle back he reached out to make sure we were happy with all repairs done. Excellent customer service!

Thru a recommendation from USAA, we spoke with Carlos and within 30 minutes they had two associates out who replaced all four tires of our RV and had us on our way. They were professional and did a great job. They also had quick service. Thanks so much for taking care of my family during a stressful time.
