1 /5 Paige Burkhalter: I came in yesterday for an inspection on my car. An inspection. When I got there I could tell they were busy, and I know it’s the end of the month, so everyone is going in at once. Either way I had to get an inspection done. I go in and wait for an hour for an inspection, which, given how many people were there was understandable, however, I still had to make it to the inspection office before they closed. They ended up getting my car finished before then and I was in and out of the inspection office. My primary reason for making this review was the customer service. I saw that my car was in the shop, and at this point I had been there an hour. I walked up to the counter and asked how much longer it would be for my car to be finished (in a nice way). The lady running the desk snapped at me saying “you’re just going to have to wait your turn like everyone else.” Which is not what I asked. I don’t appreciate being talked to like a child. I rolled my eyes as I walked back to my seat, and another customer stated they had been there for 5 hours waiting for a radiator to be changed, when that’s a 30 minute job max. All I’m saying is, I won’t be coming back due to customer service issues. Do better.
