Sam Yantis Mr. Murray is an excellent mechanic. I own a 2006 Honda Civic and it has a bunch of different and unique issues that have been fixed for much less than I would have expected. The best thing is that Im never led to getting repairs that I dont need. Every part of my car that has been malfunctioning has been fixed the first time and Ive never seen another problem with it. I have ≈150k miles on my car and with the service Im getting here I have no doubt that my car will run until it reaches at least 250k miles.

Mark Baird My sister recommended this shop to me and I have not been disappointed. It is my first stop for any problem with my aging truck. Repairs are always very well done and incredibly inexpensive. If they cant get to me that day they always tell me honestly how busy they are and when they can actually work on my truck. This is invaluable in helping minimize the time I am without my vehicle. Several times I have taken work to them expecting hundreds of dollars in charges and the fix was very simple and only 20 to 40 dollars. Other times they have found hidden problems in the same area and alerted me to them. When I give them the go ahead to do the work, the labor is always discounted because "we already had it apart anyway". Try getting that from one of the chain shops over on the highway. Occasionally, I have something that is out of the scope of what Brian does. (He doesnt rebuild transmissions, for example). In these cases, they always let me know up front so that I dont waste time bringing my truck in, or if my truck is there anyway, he will check it out and make sure it isnt something simple before I go elsewhere for an expensive repair. Brian and Nancy are great people. Hard to find this sort of business in this day and age. Six stars!

I was kept up to date as to the expected finish date and the general progress of the repair stages. The repair itself seems flawless! Perfect paint match too. My car was returned beautifully detailed inside and out. A sad experience of being hit turned into a delightful retrieval of a beautiful car. Love my Cadillac again and recommend Crash Champions to everyone!

Igor Ramos I’ve used Crash Champions before through insurance and had a decent experience, but this time was a major letdown. I brought my car in for what should have been a fairly simple bumper cover repair, but the job was grossly incomplete. The inner liner was not installed at all, and the alignment between the quarter panel and the bumper was visibly off and deformed to the touch. The cover itself felt flimsy and insecure. I noticed these issues before even driving the car off the lot. It’s hard to believe this level of oversight passed any kind of quality check. Either it was a serious lapse in quality control, or someone hoped I wouldn’t notice. To their credit, I believe they’ll make it right — but I’m the one paying out of pocket for a rental while they correct their mistake. Disappointing and frustrating for what should have been a routine repair.

Stuart Sutton We have used Sun Auto for many years and have never had a bad experience. Thats saying something when it comes to auto repair! They are always courteous, always give detailed explanations of the work recommended and the work needed, and yes, their prices are competitive. Its a nice plus to have a ride home too.

Tom Boyce Got the synthetic blend oil change. Reasonably fast (I left the car for a couple hours) and had a coupon that made the price very competitive. Good communications via text messaging to keep me informed on status of vehicle. Recommend.

Connor Mouser Went in for an inspection and oil change and the services were great as usual! Always love coming to Lambs for all my automotive needs. Usually Deedee helps me out and she is absolutely wonderful, but this time Bryan assisted me and he was very helpful. He pointed out some things that my car needed work on but was not pushy about it. He said that if I was willing they’d get it taken care of for me same day. He was extremely generous and accommodating! I always recommend Lambs in Georgetown specifically, to all my friends and family. :)

Will J Carlos did an excellent job chasing down an electrical issue in a Lexus. He was arrived very quickly and got to work immediately. I’m very happy I used him for a diagnosis rather than towing the car. I highly recommend his services.

Kiera Rodriguez Carlos is amazing and came and met us on the side of the highway to fix our car issue. Whole process from calling him to him getting everything done took only an hour and he got us rolling again. Highly recommend!!

Judith Gould I was just cleaning my car and when I was ready to leave my car didn’t start. I got out and walked toward the garage area and I see Dom walking towards me. I asked him if someone could jump my car. He went into action and not only did he jump my car, but tested my battery. Sure enough it failed! To save money he told me to go next door to O’Reilly and he would install it. He called O’ Reilly, and explained what I needed. He was so nice and smiled throughout the whole thing. I was so impressed with his positive attitude, and professionalism. Chad assisted him and he was just as great; he even fixed my car clock. Right before I left, Dom noticed a can of tomatoes under my drivers seat that was stuck. Sure enough he went into action and got it out! Lol, I left there feeling so taken care of. 100% Satisfied! -Kathy

Bill Clark Ive used these guys in the past for Texas State inspections so I decided to try them for this years emissions inspection and to get an oil change. Pluses and minuses led to an overall average of 3 stars. There was basically no wait. With the online coupon, the oil change price was reasonable. And with the $5 car wash discount, I got a $3 wash. However, when they were finished with the courtesy vehicle inspection, they failed to put the air filter back properly (as you can see in the photo), so I ended up with the engine light coming on. I know its a pain to get right because Ive done it, but its your job. Its annoying. Also, the car wash was exactly what youd expect for $3. Fortunately, they had an area with vacuums and courtesy towels so I could finish the job.

Steve Green These guys are great!! They fight with the ridiculous insurance companies for you! The communicate great instead of under communicate like the insurance companies. They make sure the job is done right and it a good amount of time. They say 30 day but the insurance company literally delayed for 3 weeks, so it would have been much sooner the the dang insurance company did t fight it the entire way. Even when they made a scratch accidentally, they sent out a guy the fixed it and it looks great and we love that it has Honda parts!! Before and after shots attached, just like new!
