Jennifer Nickerson Cooper may be a small town but the level of service I received from JTs was a pretty big deal. My food trailers tire had a blowout going through Cooper, 1 hour before a big event. Mike educated me about my tires, quickly found an affordable replacement and had me back on the road in no time. He welcomed us back to visit and provided my little ones with popsicles. Kudos!

Cole Allen (Oleyeah) Great people who work there. Keep in mind that the clerks are not mechanics this is a auto parts store , not a mechanics shop. Expect to be greeted with respect not like other stores. Beats having to drive to other towns for the same part and wasting half of your day. if your time is important then shop locally.

Travis Hudson They dont seem to ever have the part I need or they dont have any idea what the part is. Unfortunately, I always end up going to TSC or Oriellys for the part. Certain employees seem to be annoyed when I ask if they have a certain type of tool, while friendly to other customers.
