Wingstop - Kingsville (TX)

1 /5 Christopher Stephens: Order Wing Stop through Door Dash. Got Wings that had no sauce and was told tontake them back to prove they had no sauce. By then my wings were cold and instead of offering to remake them they just resauced my already cold wings and gave them right back to me. Terrible Customer Service. Not even the kids would eat the wings. I ended up throwing the entire order in the trash. $60 down the drain.

1 /5 Vikki Pena: Only good thing is the service. Employees were polite but the kitchen was a disaster. I watched an employee drop the parmesan onto the dirty floor, and then pick it up and put it ON THE COUNTER. After that, he rubbed his face and went back to making peoples food. When tossing the wings, he hooked his finger into the bowl without having washed his hands. I watched another employee use hand sanitizer as a substitute for hand washing before preparing food. I saw fries spilled on a dirty table that got picked up and dumped into the fryer and sold. This location also had a dirty tea area covered in gnats. The employees were pleasant but I wouldnt touch the food here.

1 /5 Shawn Evans: Chicken tasted like “wet dog” I didn’t know that was possible. I honestly couldn’t eat it. Asked for Cajun fries got cheese fries. None of the cokes were dispensing properly. There was either too much syrup and no carbonation or no syrup at all. The only good thing was the brownie. This places is a mess all around. 100% do not recommend my experience was terrible!!

1 /5 Luvz Lots: Just ordered wings and tenders for my family and this is what we were given after over an hour wait. I dont eat here very often and was really looking forward to our meal but is this seriously what we are expected to eat??? They are hard and nasty. Im so sad. I really wanted to enjoy our family dinner.

2 /5 Josh Henderson: Looks and tastes like they just burnt the heck out of em, and sent it off in a mobile order. Yes, those are two separate flavors. Edit: Definitely nice charcoal flavor though. Kind of like munching on some Kingston Charcoal from Walmart.
