The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and inviting – the perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy charm. Whether you’re there for a casual dinner or a special occasion, the ambiance sets the tone for an exceptional experience. The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. From the starters to the dessert, each bite felt like it had a story. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in both quality and creativity. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the customer service. The server was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our visit memorable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations without being pushy. The Charlotte delivers on all fronts – incredible food, amazing vibes, and top-tier service. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended!

4 /5 Tasha Whitaker: Attended for a birthday happy hour/ dinner the staff were attentive and accommodating. With large parties you cant put tables together in main room but eventually they accommodated us. The service was good..I had the catfish and spaghetti comes with 1 fillet( the pic shows 2 I ordered extra for someone). Would have liked the fish fried a tad bit more, but the flavor was great! Spaghetti has a little spice to it flavor is good. Would come back.

4 /5 Renita: We had a great girls night at the Charlotte. Our shades of brown theme matched the atmosphere and teddy bear decor perfectly. Our waiter was a nice young man, Tag He was extremely attentive and accommodating. The food was a little on the salty side but it was delicious. The drinks were really nice and refreshing as well. We ordered a variety of things ( my friends are foodies) and was not disappointed. I will be adding Charlotte on my list of places to revisit.

5 /5 Trained Diva: 10/10 the food was delish and plentiful. The atmosphere was inviting, chic, and Insta-ready! Our waiter, Tosa was good. He didnt miss a thing. I cant wait to go back! Prices were reasonable. The lamb chops were the meatless Ive had. That Peach Bellini drink IS NOT playing!!!

5 /5 Mr. Webb: The Charlotte – absolutely the best restaurant! The food was incredible—every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Serena, our waitress, was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. Everything from start to finish was amazing! Definitely will be back soon. Highly recommend! Great playlist in the background. The sweets were amazing and such a vibe
