Taco Bell - Giddings (TX)

2 /5 Josh Border: As I was at the kiosk browsing the menu, three different employees continued to interrupt & asked if i needed help. When I was done ordering, one of the employees came back and asked if i needed a cup. I had not ordered a drink. If I had said yes, would she have then handed me a cup so that she could assist me in stealing a drink I hadnt paid for?? Whats the point of the kiosk if the employees insist on trying to take your order? Pick a lane (automated kiosk OR front counter employees) & stick with it. Edited my review once I actually got my food. It was supposed to be two dipping burritos -- it turned out to be the smallest portion of food I have ever recieved. Anywhere. The "burritos are literally the size of 1 1/2 sauce packets. For $6. What a rip-off. Such a waste of money.

1 /5 Adam Ott: Cantina tacos had no chicken in them just gobs of that sauce and the Mexican pizza tasted like it had been fried in a fryer that has never had the grease changed. I dont usually leave bad reviews and if either thing was edible I wouldnt have. Also service was bad, just bad experience overall.

3 /5 KittenBlackheart: Food and staff were great. But the bland washout of a restaurant just aint it. Bring back the colorful taco bell of the 90s, and id eat there every day.

2 /5 BeardedRV Tech: If this was my first Taco Bell it would be my last! Waited over 10 minutes to get our food THIS PLACE IS EMPTY! The only other person in here received the wrong item. Another young lady came in and said her order was wrong. Then to add insult to tune other stuff the alarm was going off the entire time we were eating. Seriously Taco Bell you can do better. Thankfully Ive eaten at many Taco Bells and theyre not all like this.

1 /5 John Miller: Worker was outside talking and we pulled up to the speaker and waited 10 minutes. Then sat at the window thinking maybe the speaker was broke and was ignored. It was at 3pm so they were not busy either.oh it gets better. After three cars got behind me as I sat the awhile. The lady opens the window and asked if I just drove up to the window as? She said she just got there but her manager wanted me to drive back around and get at the end of the line after I already had been waiting patiently. I know it’s fast food and should expect it but dang wish the had better work ethics.we went down the road and got a meal. They will fail with service like that and have seen it before.
