5 /5 Robert Armstrong: This review is because of an employee named Roselyn. She was a great help and the best drink maker of the team. There is a Hispanic girl there don’t know her name but the few times she’s helped, it’s not great experience. She needs to go but great staff and drinks overall.

1 /5 Bee: Waited for 5 minutes in a empty lobby. Ordered my handcrafted drink in the store and drank it in the store, and then when I asked for a free refill of iced coffee, as advertised on the tables, the young woman claiming to be the manager denied me and told me I need to buy one and had a complete attitude with me. Worse service at a Starbucks Ive ever had.

1 /5 Bill Snyder: Staff was very rude and offensive, especially the young woman claiming to be a manager. I was ignored when I walked in and they refused to remake my drink when they messed up and put whip cream on it. And nobody was wearing any food handling gloves when they made my drink or heated my food. This staff is very unprofessional at 12 in the afternoon.

5 /5 Kristi Martinez: My daughter loves Starbucks and always likes to get her favorite drink whenever she can. We’re in town for a softball tournament and stopped in to get snacks from United. My daughter went to order a drink (Java Chip Frap) When she returned to where I was shopping, with her drink, she had a huge smile on her face! She showed me her cup and it had a sweet encouraging note from the Starbucks Barista! It said, “Go Vipers!” To some this may be so simple but to me it’s ’going the extra mile.’ The barista only had to make the drink but she paid attention to my daughters jersey/team name! It made our day that she did this. So much so that I walked back into the store to thank her and catch her name. This barista’s name is Vanessa! She is rockin’ her job and making a difference by spreading smiles and kindness! Thank you, Vanessa!
