1 /5 Tracey Shackelford: I had 4 orders. Wait time was ridiculous and the lady who took my card was obscenely rude about me wanting to pay with Apple Pay. Chicken express normally give extra pieces, but not today. I ordered a 4 piece and I got 3 chicken strips, and no roll, and a gravy that is half full. This is ridiculous. This place used to be the best fast food in Sulphur Springs.

1 /5 cheryl zapata: Staff insinuated we were rude for coming in 30 mins before closing. She said they stop cooking at 8, 2 hours before close. Food took 32 minutes to get. Didnt get all the food in our order.

1 /5 Sabrina Torres: I love chicken express but this location was horrible, it took about 25 minutes of sitting at the window to finally get our food. When we got our food, our rolls were completely smushed, neither the fries or chicken were fresh, and there were several eyelash hairs at the bottom of our chicken box. Absolutely disgusting, will never come back.

3 /5 Krystal P: I havent been to this Chicken Express in years, due to moving away. I ordered the 4 piece tender with mashed potatoes, and a Sprite. When I got to the window, a young lady took my payment. She then proceeds to ask what order did I have, when I was the only one in the drive thru! She wasnt rude, but clearly customer service is not her forte! Now, lets talk about the food. The tenders and roll were delicious! The Sprite tasted weird for some reason, and I could only take a few sips of it. The mashed potatoes were too black pepper forward! All I could taste was black pepper! I think they should let their customers know that they are going to dump a pile of black pepper in the potatoes! Will I return to this location? I will, but I wont order a Sprite or mashed potatoes!
