1 /5 Tasha Lee: So my coworkers and I placed a call in order tonight. Two of us just wanted a cheeseburger no fries. We were told we couldnt just order a cheeseburger we had to get a basket. They would not substitute fries for onion rings so they charged almost $10 for a order of onion rings. 2 cheeseburger baskets and 1 hamburger basket and 1 order of onion rings was almost $60. Do not waste your money. Why force your customers to pay for food they do not want or order? If youre going to force people to get food they do not want why not allow them to substitute the nasty fries for something different for a smaller charge than the $9 dollars and some change? Complete rip off. All this gone to waste.

4 /5 Donnell Esteves: I placed an online order, arrived to pick it up and everything was fine, got back to work to eat and the food was great, took our “chocolate” fried pies home to eat later come to find out they gave us cherry pies because they were out of chocolate, I’m not sure why they would assume that we would want cherry when we ordered chocolate. To make things worse they never even told us, they simply took it upon themselves to substitute our chocolate pies for cherry pies (what if I had allergies to cherries). So I took the pies back for a refund but no they couldn’t refund me right then because it was an online order so I have to contact them through their site to request a refund! So now we wait to see if they are honest and give us a refund for their mistake! Note sams southern eatery maybe ask your customers if it is ok to substitute or hmmm idk maybe fix the website to where no one can order what you all are out of!!

5 /5 Kris King: Everything was delicious. If you like fried homestyle food youll love it. Shrimp, fish, oysters, crab cakes, etc...po boys and burgers too! Highly recommend if youre hungry!
