2 /5 Vinny: I placed an online order at this Piada location, but upon arrival, I was told by an employee that someone had already picked up the order, as it was missing. However, we overheard them say the receipt had been found behind the machine. It was puzzling that they chose to remake the order instead of addressing the mix-up transparently. Theres no need to be dishonest, as it doesn’t reflect well on the professionalism of the team. Additionally, while waiting, we noticed several employees chatting in the back, with only a couple working in the front. Perhaps if more attention had been given to the front, the lost receipt issue could have been avoided. When the order was remade, the salads were missing items due to the rush, and the garlic dough was overly salty. On a positive note, the online ordering system was very user-friendly, and the menu itself is great. However, given the issues experienced, I would likely consider visiting another location next time.
