Boil House - Rosenberg (TX)

5 /5 Carlos B: Now hidden gem in Rosenberg. We visited for the first time and loved it. We ordered the Tribeca PoBoy, cheese bread, and the Half & Half platter. Everything was delicious. Sweet tea was good too. The dipping hot sauce is spicy but flavorful. The boil tasted really good. Great food, friendly and clean atmosphere. Didnt try any of their alcoholic drinks this time but will do for sure on the nex visit. Definitely coming back often.

5 /5 camryn pletka: I did not get a photo of all of our food. We did get a photo of the crawfish Étouffée bread (10/10 yum). We also got a trifecta poboy (8/10). Only critique on that one is more gravy on the sandwich itself. We also got the shrimp platter and half and half platter. The way they boil here is definitely different than what people expect from a “typical boil” from tiktok but for us it is a 10/10. We got medium and that was good enough heat for us. Like I said some people expect bloves sauce level boil but as someone who lived in Louisiana for 4 years if you need sauce to make your boil taste good then you’re doing it wrong. The flavor on this boil has a citrus twist and I absolutely love that. We got a side of the spicy wet seasoning and I love that. Lastly we got a side of boiled mushrooms. I’m a big fan of boiled mushrooms and these hit the spot.

5 /5 VERONICA IBARRA: Food was delicious, the service was excellent. We had the shrimp platter with extra sides & mushrooms. The boudin link was tasty. My side salad was fresh & a generous portion.
