5 /5 Christina Moores: Colton Sullivan was an excellent server! He was not only thoughtful and kind but so personable. He made a great suggestion for the cordon bleu which we had a common fondness for because my husband’s mother use to make it for him, and Colton’s did too! Also don’t forget the Raclette! Excellent service. Excellent meal.

4 /5 Lauren Jones: Incredibly yummy!! I loved my Eggs Benedict! It was made with English muffins instead of biscuits, but it was still well balanced and not too thick to cut into with a fork! The flavors were perfect! My husband’s shrimp and grits were unique as the grits were baked and dry instead of being a more soup-like consistency! He enjoyed it very much still! Our waitress was the sweetest!!! The service we experienced here was outstanding. Our food came out quickly for a happening time on a Sunday for brunch. We were a large party of 12 for a friend’s birthday, and they were extremely attentive to everyone. We were impressed!!

5 /5 Breanne Crow: Absolutely wonderful experience at The Bistro! I ordered Tony’s Bow Tie Pasta, and it was phenomenal — perfectly cooked pasta, rich flavor, and clearly made with care. It’s the kind of dish you think about after you leave! Our server, Colton, made the day even better. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right without ever feeling rushed. His warm personality and great service truly stood out. We’ll definitely be back — highly recommend both the food and the service!

5 /5 KashDaMoney: Wonderful food. I came here alone as a little self treat and the waitress humored my stories of work. She was very attentive and kind. My favorite food was by far the dessert, it was so sweet and chocolatey--I just wish it had a little more fruit to cut through the chocolate with. Would return if Im ever back in Texas
