McDonalds - Van Horn (TX)

4 /5 Dr D from Texas: I tried to order from the kiosk it did not tell me to go to the counter and request my cups so I could fill with a cola and it did not tell me I had to go to the counter to self-serve the ketchup into mini cups. I sat and waited on my food at the table and the server had to go back and get my cup s then they told me I had to go to the counter and get my ketchup. The kiosk should have been more informative.

3 /5 Review Places: You can order and sit. they will bring the food to you. Clean restroom and dining area. But it killed me when i saw one of the crew doing the cleaning in the kitchen area. She just dumpped all the soapy water from cleaning the table and the ice cream machine to the floor while other crews served food to the customers.

5 /5 John Crowley: One of my main stopping places in Van Horn as a truck driver. Plenty of truck parking to get you a little bit of McDonalds. And a great place to sleep. Truck stop across the street. Hotel behind you. And the people who work at McDonalds here always provide me with great service and a smile. And that goes a long way when prices are so high. So thank you guys

5 /5 sharif rahimtoola: I didnt have high hopes. McDonalds is usually an emergency/last resort stop for me. I was expecting the usual attitude, poor service, and standard food. The food was as expected. McDonalds is usually consistent. The service was surprising. I was actually treated to smiling faces and good morning greetings! Everyone working there was smiling and seemed happy to be there. I cant explain how much better that makes an experience for a customer.
