1 /5 Kristina Solomon: I understand y’all just opened, but don’t open unless you know for sure your whole crew is trained properly to know how to take orders and know the difference in cup sizes!!!! Stopped in for breakfast and the gentleman Matthew took 16min to take a order a simple sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal with no drink and then just a McGriddle on the side, took long because he doesn’t know how to take orders, when we got our order we ask him if everything was in there and he said we not like whataburger we put everything in there, checked our order and everything was not in there we were still missing a McGriddle!!! Don’t make comments about another food chain when you’re not doing any better!!! Then turned around and went again this evening and I had 3 medium meals and one large meal and I was handed 3 small drinks for mediums, asked the young lady if these were mediums and instead of asking someone who knew or who was sure about it, she just quickly said yes, I had to get to the 3rd window and wait for my food to ask the next lady if those were mediums, when we already knew they were not, she had to fix my drinks, I wish I had gotten her name but thank you young lady!!! And just a little advice, but your menus up and have someone actually take orders the kiosk is not it, it takes away from the customer experience
