5 /5 Valerie Santiago: We wanted to try a new place and looked at the reviews. I have to say this dinner took an unexpected turn. We waited for our food for while now and noticed a table that came in after us received their food first. It was just me and my husband while the other table was of 6. We asked the waiter why they have theirs before ours and found out our ticket was some how lost in the kitchen. We were upset and decided to leave. I have to say the general manager went above and beyond to fix their mistake. She came to our vehicle to apologize and convinced us to come back in. I honestly really wanted to try the food and I’m glad she convinced us to come back in. The food was delicious. I really wished I remembered her name but she was the general manger. I thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue. It’s rare to have staff that care what kind of service they provide. We will be coming back and trying different dishes.
