Hartz Chicken Buffet #201 - Liberty (TX)

1 /5 Layla: Stopped for dinner, and the girl who took our order had absolutely no customer service skills. She was rude, lacked any personality, and showed no professionalism. When an older man informed her that the Dr Pepper was out, she simply replied, “Okay,” with no effort to assist. As we were leaving, I asked if they had any sauce, and she responded, “No, we haven’t restocked,” in the same dismissive tone. Very disappointing experience — she should not be working in customer service.

2 /5 LaTosha L.: I actually enjoy this eating her. Unfortunately, every single time I purchase large fries, its never actually a large! There is no point in paying more for a large order when its always a regular. Ugh, its so frustrating. I will still eat here, but for the fifth and final time, I will no longer ask for a large fry.

2 /5 Faythe Tamez: The place was getting busy and they didnt keep the food trays at the buffet full enough for people to get what they want. There were fruit flies flying around the food. On top of all of that they were using food FROM THE BUFFET to complete orders in the kitchen.

5 /5 Josh Zeigler: Wow, I havent eaten at a Hartz since I was a kid! It was a weekly deal for my family in AL until they became run down and dirty. This location could use some TLC, but the food doesnt!! I had forgotten how good the chicken and veggies are on the buffet! Service was great. I so wish Hartz could get a cash infusion and regrow the brand. It really is great food! The yeast rolls alone are worth the stop! Gonna start looking for Hartz locations again

5 /5 Roger Rodriguez, Jr.: A fried chicken buffet is a bad place for me to go. I think I gained 10lbs that day. Really good fried chicken, catfish, boudin balls, chicken strips, yeast rolls. Wish I lived closer to one
