Golden Chick - Big Spring (TX)

1 /5 Sherri Leonard: I cant believe how tiny the chicken pieces are. This is not worth the price at all. I can fit the leg and wing in one hand with lots of space. The tenders are like they cut one into three pieces. That is not a full scoop of mac and cheese. There should be a way to give zero stars. Do not waste your money.

1 /5 holly whitecotton: I went through the drive through... I ordered the 2 piece chicken amd on the menu bored it stated a thigh and a wind but I received a breast and a wing. I dont do white meat. On top of that it was cold. I also ordered okra as my side. When I got to the window and paid they made me pull around front the guy told me they were waiting on okra...so I asked him to put salt pepper and hot sauce in my bag... I pulled around and about 5ish minutes later my food came out. The chicken was cold and also the okra was really cold... if they were waiting on okra to cook then why was it cold.... also the salt pepper and hot sauce was not in the bag so I had to go inside to get what I needed.... Really disappointed

1 /5 T M: Sunday, August 22,2023,6:30 pm I visited Golden Chick for my first time. I ignored the poor reviews and gave them a shot.I ordered 12 peice fried with mash and gravy macaroni a d cheese with 4 rolls. Total Cost $48.70 which is a bit pricey compared to other chains.. I drove 15 minutes back home to find there was no gravy for the mash and no rolls. I called and asked to speak to the manager, and the person that answered the phone said they were the manager on duty.. I kindly explained the issues I had and that this was my first time trying Golden Chick, and I was disappointed that this happened. The manager asked if I was coming back, and I replied no. Im not coming back tonight. Im expecting to hear Ill take your name and make it up to you on your next visit. I hear again how can I help you. I said I guess you cant help me. Ill just leave a bad review like everyone else has. The manager now asked me why did you call if there is nothing I could help you with? I said because you need to know! The manager hung up the phone. The chicken and Mac were delicious. If I have an opportunity to try a different location, I will. I assure you I will not be back to this location.

5 /5 B H: My husband, I was traveling through Big Spring, and after having a horrible experience at Dairy Queen, we ended up here. We were greeted at the door by a very nice young lady. That was a nice welcome after what we encountered down the street. This place is immaculate! Very clean, food is fresh and the 2 people working were very nice and polite. We had the chicken strips, and they were very good. The rolls were delicious and fresh! The tea tasted yummy and fresh. Thank yall for taking the time to make us feel welcome and serving some delicious food!
