3 /5 Cj: Disappointed with Service and Unfriendly Staff
I . I called at 7:54 AM to order a simple item—chicken tortilla soup. The lady who answered the phone informed me that they could not take my order because the restaurant doesnt open until 8:00 AM.
It is poor customer service to answer the phone and spend time explaining a six-minute delay, rather than taking the order and sending it to the kitchen. I called back and place order 5 minutes later
When I arrived to pick up the order, the in-person experience was equally disappointing. The lady was completely unpersonable and seemed more worried with her hair rather than acknowledging or assisting her customer. She needs customer service training.
Overall, the lack of basic customer service in person is concerning. While I enjoy supporting local businesses, good front-of-house training is needed. This experience is enough for me to take my business elsewhere if it keeps happening . Service matters, and you are potentially losing customers .. On a positive note , the tortilla soup was on point and ill be back ..and the night Staff is great !!!
