although, every single time we come in, we ask to sit outside and for some reason or another, we’re turned down. whether there’s not a sever yet for that section, or they “just sat” a table outside so we would have to wait 5-10min. I do not mind the wait, although i don’t see why we couldn’t simply wait outside. i don’t mind waiting for the server at all, but it was a beautiful day that I would have like to enjoyed outside with my parents. Not to mention, everytime we have come, it has been on a Monday. We assume this is a less busier day but we’re still unable to sit outside. We also mentioned to the hostess that we were simply just there for drinks. I tend to be very understanding and usually don’t make a big deal, but it seems to have become a pattern at this point. The hostesses are usually not the nicest about it either. It has come to the point where I no longer consider dining at Chuy’s. especially not for outside seating lol. maybe add more servers to the outside sections?
